Seafood Salad

a seafood lover’s feast for a table of 10-14 people. Salmon with dill cream sauce, sturgeon, calamari with chipotle aioli, and sautéed shrimp and octopus, served with sautéed broccolini, asparagus and baby carrots.

Strawberry Salad

– a fresh blend of mixed greens, succulent strawberries and feta cheese, and a drizzle of homemade strawberry vinaigrette dressing.

Beef Tongue
